NIGHTLY RATES (2 Night Minimum)
WINTER (December 15 thru March 31st): $250 ($375 Christ/New Years)
SPRING (April 1st thru May 24th): $250 (Memorial Day Weekend $400 per night)
SUMMER (May 25th thru Sept 8th): $500 ($600/ July 4th; $3000 for 7 days)
FALL (Sept 9th thru December 14th): $250
Cleaning fee $250 plus 14.5% Occupancy tax
